Periodically, randomly, irregularly (ok enough adverbs), we will go out during the week for dinner and a movie or just dinner, or just coffee. We try not to eat out a ton so we can save dollarssss. But it’s nice to have a mini-date-night to spice up the week sometimes.

Especially this week because it’s been totally dead at work. There are 3 people in my entire department working this week due to the holidays, and I essentially have nothing to do (other than pack up my stuff) since tomorrow is my last full day of work at my current job. Bored out of my mind.
