A guy and a girl and their danes

Notes &

The saga of the dress.
So, at first, when Patrick and I were basically going to elope, I bought this wonderfully adorable short lace dress (on clearance for $30 on ASOS.com.) Dress #1.
Then, we had a change of plans. His parents really wanted us to have a wedding and have the families there, and they offered to plan and pay for it. Well… that changed things, and I decided I needed to up the ante on my dress.  On to dress #2.
I knew I still wanted something lacy and something romantic. So I found this lil number on Etsy (seller:Vintage Opulence.)  Then after going back and forth about it 100 or so times, I decided that it was just too much boobage for me to be comfortable. lol.  I was thinking about hugging grandparents and stuff, and I was like “nope.” (inappropriate boobage alert!!!) On to dress #3.
So, last week (less than a month to go before the wedding), I scrambled to find the perfect dress. And I finally did. It took a lot of searching.  Things would have been a ton easier if I had a large budget, but y’all know me….I ain’t a rich girl!  I had a pretty low lil budget, and it was tough to find what I was looking for, but I fin-a-lly did! Pics to follow after wedding :)
I just wanted to give that lil update bc I’ve had a lot of questions about my dress, and I answered most of them when I was still wearing one of the others.
The first dress (#1)… I actually over-dyed a peachy/nude color and wore for some of our engagement pics (will post some as soon as the photographer gives em to me), but I have no idea what I’ll do with the second dress. I might try to sell it??? I dunno. Any ideas?
I’ll share the dress with you guys after the wedding!  (16 days) Eeeek! Soon!
