BEFORE & AFTER
It’s about 5 days early. But here are my before and after photos from the 30 day challenge. (The reason it’s early, is that we are going to stop the challenge 2 days before the end bc it’s Patrick’s birthday, and we are going to eat cake! Mutha flippin cake y’all!)
So, think 30 days can’t change you life!??!? THINK AGAIN. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical. But you can’t argue with the evidence. (And yes, I promise this is day 1 and day 25.) (Same pants, diff sports bra.)
Here’s what I did:
1. Changed my eating 100% and followed the Whole 30 Guidelines.
2. I was working my ass off at Crossfit.
The Whole 30 has changed how I look at food. I am no longer feeling uncontrollable cravings to eat bad foods. I am now aware of foods that are bad for me and also that are triggers for me. I am no longer so focused on what I am going to eat- just that I am going to eat because it is the fuel my body needs. Not because it makes me feel good emotionally.
"Eat to live. Don’t live to eat." I’ve heard that a lot over my lifetime, but now I truly know what it means.
