Cheapy lamp makeover.

White spray paint (around $4.00) + fabric ($1.50 a yard at Walmart) = Under $6 for the total.

And I am sure you can find a lovely lamp like this 70s beauty at any thrift store for cheap cheap as well. We had it at work in an old closet. lol
