So, I’m back on the Whole30…well, kinda. haha. My ultimate goal (aesthetically speaking) is to build some more muscle tone and to get a 6 pack. Or maybe just a 4 pack. I’d be happy with that. Heck, I’d be happy with just a 2 pack. But shoot for the stars!

But I’ll still be having wine, small amounts of dark chocolate, but no bread, no other sugars, no cheese, etc.

I’m feeling kinda lost today. I think maybe it’s bc there is so much drama involved in selling our house and trying to buy a new one right now. Why the drama people? So much of a pain in the ass.

But right now I feel like:
