I love my husband. I love everything about him. I love him through his flaws. I love him entirely and the best I can. I love his voice when he makes a joke, and I love how he always runs his hand across my back when he wakes up in the morning. I love his eagerness to love people, and I love how he loves me. I am so thankful and so grateful that God crossed our paths. I never believed in earth shattering, life changing love until I met him.
I am so thankful.

How he sees me.
Patrick took this on a ferry ride during our honeymoon….I was none the wiser that he was taking it. I think this is why I love photographing people so much…catching those moments where they are being themselves. And that often tells a story. I remember everything about this moment, and that’s what photos do best. They help us recall those memories that might have fallen through the cracks.

The girl who shot our wedding invite video took a few snaps of us in between shooting. This was one of my faves.
We definitely got lucky bc she asked (and I was like “um yes!”) if she could make the video and shoot a few photos because she needed it for her portfolio.
