Jacket- LOFT but found at a yard sale! $3 or $4
*tips for yard sales, hit Craigslist early Saturday morning (7am) and map out the trendy parts of your town or one nearby. There’s a certain part of my city where a lot of rich and trendy folks live….I yard sale there!
top- Old Navy $10
lace vest- from Francesca’s but found at a resale shop. $12
*tips about the resale shops. Search and search your area for resale shops. Some may surprise you, so check them out. Also be scoping out the best places to take your used clothes as well! The place I take my clothes to resell is in a little town about 20 mins north of where I live. But it’s worth making the trip bc the lady who owns it does an amazing job at 1. selling my stuff for good prices! and 2. Picking great items to carry in her store. It’s a win-win. Last month I made $100 just letting her sell the stuff I cleaned out of my closet.

This is kind of an outfit post, and kind of a fitness post. And sorry for my first pose there…hahaha…had to fit in the frame somehow.
Outfit: (top photo) As I posted last week, I have a new obsession with shirtdresses. This is another one from Old Navy. They’re flattering and easy to wear, and comfortable. Shoes- years ago from Target.
Fitness: Um, wouldja LOOK at the difference in my legs from the two photos?!?!!
The second photo with the striped top I nabbed from an older outfit post for comparison. I really think all my hard work is starting to pay off…even if I do see it in my legs first. I really really really want to start seeing it in my stomach area more! With time I suppose!

skirt (silk, layered, with pockets)- Anthropologie 4 or 5 years ago (on sale, bday gift to myself) $48. I really adore this skirt bc it’s pretty darn versatile for a floral. Looks good with a plain white tank and strappy sandals as well.
top- Banana Republic, thrifted $3

shirtdress- Old Navy (Currently on clearance with an extra 15% off online today!) I’m going to buy it in the other color and a stripes version because this is so perfect for work. So many options: swap out belts, wear boots and tights, wear heels or wedges, wear it with a blazer, etc etc Whooo! Good find.
